wow, so two weeks have passed since the last day of the A levels examinations.
more than two weeks to be exact.

somehow, i feel like i am living a dream(and still continuing, haha)
a dream that is more towards the BAD side...yet there are also good memories that i cherish alot.

the last four days were rather hectic. the earlier part of monday was spent shopping w my mum. last minute preparations for grad night. speaking of which, i still cant believe how my class girls suddenly decided to get tgt and signed up for it. i even told some people wrongly that i was not going for DINNER&DANCE.
oh wells, as if it mattered. maybe it did, lol.

anyway, after bidding my mum goodbye,
watched movie with kai ling, charmaine and yufang!
we watched Enchanted, overall it was not bad luh, but i found the general storyline rather predictable, not that i am complaining.
Enchanted was entertaining nonetheless, provided some form of escapism too, HAHAHA.
perhaps renewed some little girl's innocence and naivity in me, who knows?

yep, and then we had dinner.
chua joined us later, appearing very pro. so cool...
she got a job as a telemarketer/surveyor or sth like that, congrats!
geok hian also joined us for dinner, the main purpose of the outing was to celebrate gh's bday. a damn belated bday celebration, hope she doesnt mind[:
the cake was good though the mango tasted sour, but i found it yummy.


tuesday
morning woke up, mapled for three hrs then started getting ready for D&D
parents sent me by car to aunty adeline's hse. she took charge of my hairdo, make up and everything. hmm think she's quite an expert, fast too. haha, then vanessa came too.
pretty her had to bend now and help me paint my toe nails.
poor thing! thanks alot dear!
btw, i eventually didnt wear the dress which i bought. long story, lazy to elaborate..
anyway, my kind parents chauffeured us to mariott whr we met up w the rest of the girls. some of us forgot to bring our D&D tixs (me included)

the eight course dinner was nt bad. the normal chinese dishes.
the roasted chicken, duck and sharks fin's soup quite yummy... i was too busy eating and forgot to take pictures. oh wells, food is the main attraction to me that night.
found it a waste that many people nv eat the dessert, haha, cause they were busy interacting, socialising, taking photos etc.
other things seem trivial, but yep took quite a number of photos for remembrance .

continued w more photo-taking and chengen helped me take one w mr kwek. haha, mr kwek is always so cute! haha. he talked to me abt relief teaching, hahs, i would like to try that out but dont know whether i will be lazy again.
if this goes on, high chance i wont achieve anything big in this lifetime but hell, do i even want to achieve something BIG? there i go again, complaining abt life.. haha. cant help it man!

haha. quite chaotic but fun to be in the company of my friends. thought i forgot to bring my specs and misplaced my aunty's accessories. she loaned me them to wear.. haha, yeah lo... but eventually found them. thanks to all who helped me search:D

then xiuxuan and vanessa wanted to cook maggie mee to eat. haha, think it was like approahing 3am at that time. not bad luh, their cooking skills. i was only responsible for eatingX)
aft much hustle n bustle, the six of us eventually settled dwn to begin our movie marathon! watched dead silence!
towards the end, the main protagonist died, just like they always do in horror/ghost films. but at least thr was a proper storyline.



WAHAHAHA! my favourite turtle! my money's safe in it, or so i hope, lol...

he's the one that started everything. well, maybe Mary Shaw is the culprit instead! all the victims died horribly... grotesque. chengen and i continued on w The Devil wears Prada.
note to vanessa, i like the boss too! haha but i like Andrea more... and the fashionable clothes she wears during the entire movie, lol

anyway, it's a pity carine nv join us that night/early morning but hope she still enjoyed herself w the indos. she really damn li hai, can walk fr orchard to esplanade on her heels and w that sticky make up still on. lols anyway, she cabbed to chengen's hse and then we seven breakfast-ed tgt at SUBWAY.
second time eating the cold cut trio hero meal in a week but it's damn worthwhile, the cookies rock totally. haha.

then buse-ed to parkway parade to rent more movies. Jeepers' Creepers and Ju-on Two.

shant comment on them. this entry is getting draggy... then adeline and cynthia had a huge nap while i stoned and lazed ard. carine, chengen and chengen's sis went out cause carine had to go sign contract w RecruitExpress... but she again very poor thing ... long story...

overall, had loads of fun at chengen's hse. her whole family is v nice! looking forward to our next chalet:D


thursday
a not-very-casual-yet-not-very formal day. i was sleeping like a pig until xx called me up. hahah. then met them at aries...
then made our way to THE 10th STOREY of the Standard chartered Building. hahaha!
my third time thr, bet the consultants thr find me darn irritating, oh wells...
after that, lunch-ed at some cafe near the mrt stn.
then couldnt make up our minds whr to go...
stood ard and saw some familiar faces.

the airport, adel's hse, raffles city shopping centre were some of the suggestions but in the end we went to neither!
finally, time for me to meet up w og23 for the dinner at PS. Manhattan Fish Market.
adeline and cynthia went home, whilst, carine and xx shopped ard PS(:

og23 dinner. some people last min pangsehed but it was still nice to have dinner tgt... cause we dont usually talk/sms/msn each other during normal times. yesterday evening was a rare chance to get tgt and stone tgt.. aha, nt many ppl can agree w me that stoning tgt is an activity, they will get bored... but i am a boring person i guess
anw, it was nice just to listen to them talk, i did talk abit ya? haha...


yay, og23! all three ogls were present, well done!
