ahaha. mr kwek is rather funny.
he chanced upon me and my friend who were still studying at the eboussiant after 10pm,
'cause he was switching off the lights in school via the mains.

then he approached us, saying:
oh sorry girls, didnt know you were still studying. so late liao.
we replied yeah.
kwek: good! but why never consult? dont dare ah, afraid of your tutors?

i just smiled. my friend said no. then he continued: you all know what 'studying' is in chinese?
we thought about it for awhile. the answer he was looking for was

'qiu xue' and he did the begging action..
im guessing that he is advising us to consult our teachers earnestly for KNOWLEDGE and to CLARIFY ANY DOUBTS asap.

yea... deep down, i know consultation does or should help but- ahh wells, maybe i lack the dilligence and initiative:/

i think i may have taken a serious liking for this new addition to the Hogwarts family.
she's none other than, Luna Lovegood (Evanna Lynch). somehow she has this exquisite charm that's unique to herself.
the cool aura... and that zoned-out look:p
anyway, chua agreed w me that she looks like Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton)
she cld have passed off better as his sis, cousin or extended relative!

HAHAHAHAHA. btw the gentle giant is adorable too.

i believe there's something inherently wrong w me.
from within,
i dont feel well in the stomach almost every morning.
and it's rather common for me to just suffer fr stomach ache for different periods and length of times for unknown reasons
urgh, and i lost my money today:(
twenty five bucks!
i suck la. i can swing my green tigger pouch as i walk fr school to serangoon mrt stn and not realise that im leaving a trail of money as i walk.

gosh!!

aye. lets talk about happier stuff.
went out to eat with theresa after tuition at meridian fdcourt.
the korean food there is really great! mouth-watering..

the next day,
i met up with og12 for dinner at FISH and Co. oh my. they gave me a surprise, or more accurately, a shock.
didnt know the staff wld just make an announcement thr and then and have everyone sing and clap to their unique bday cheer for me,
AHHs. whats more, i stood on a chair =/
finally understood the meaning of wanting to dig a hole and hide my face inside~~
but really wanna express my thanks to gloria, mingjue, yeesam, jacq, rice, kia seng and kai hua!
and alvin chen for wishing me on the phone.

have you been half-asleep and heard voices?

I heard them calling my name;)

[written on Sunday 11pm]
oh mans. i m dead beat. my arm muscles are straining as i type these words now.

met kailing and jacynth in the morn at tp interchange.
chua came to meet us later in the afternoon

cycled. lunched. kayaked.
kayaking is so fun yet tiring. the person at the counter was so much friendlier than the previous time we rented kayaks. the ladies(i m guessing they r fr china based on their accent) helped us with the vests and getting out the kayaks.
kayaking was an adventure i must say,
this time we went further out into the choppy waters...
rafted up three times, lied there to enjoy the sea breeze..
basically
we chatted abt how relaxing and lovely our days wld be after the dreaded As.
and the upcoming Harry Potter Movie
btw,
i love looking at the sky whilst we were out at sea,
it's the perfect sky:D
after kayaking,
we were on "puppies alert" as we strolled ard east coast park. noticed tt there r so many cute pups and their fur r so glossy and shiny man, i love how cute they looked. hahaha
chua even took a pic of two tiny kittens that belonged to a malay boy and his sis.

had katong laksa for dinner! mmm... LOL.

somehow, my linguistic skills and grammer are failing me.
this entry is like, dissected into many parts and abit pointless again. aye, at least i had much fun in the sun(:

surprisely enough, playing board games with my classmates can be loads of fun. phan shei did a particularly sporting thing for his forfeit. LOL!
the ambience at minds cafe @Boat Quay was not bad. the chicken cutlet vanessa n samuel ordered looked tempting.
at my table of six, we...
played True Colours.
found out that they saw me as a morbid person who will read the obituaries pages. oh wells, thats not the point.

then, Express it, Guess it.
heehee.. i like this game! some emotions like 'sleazy', 'silly' and 'triumphant' were not easy to act out for ppl to guess.

Faces was pretty much like true colours and express combined.

Jenga. haha. nice one! thr was thrill in seeing the blocks shaking and threatening to fall down~~

the usual, we took away long johns or other fast food for dinner at VIVO and played Truth or Dare.(zhong ji mi ma fashion)
0626 seem to like to play zhong ji mi ma quite alot huh?

a battle beautifully fought out?

HELL, NO!
thrashed? cant say for sure.

midyears ended in a rather subtle note. but yupps, i'm glad that it's OVER.
quote fr mr bong: so you guys finished? (xx replied him a 'yes')
he continued: yeah finished. [detected the underlying meaning within]

anyway, went out with the girls to have lunch at pastamania. ahahaha, finally a proper meal but i ordered the wrong dish:/
afterwards, queued for donuts for almost two hours w kailing and vanessa. there were fifthteen different flavours available, COOL right. funny how time passed more quickly when we were chatting and just gossiping abt stuff.

that's all. my first post for july seems rather pointless but yeah. i imagined myself having loads to say after the midyears, apparently not.
