went to tan tock seng hospital today...
that was 0626 first officialct outing sia, our purpose was to visit our ct rep, peng tian.
sth bad happened to him ytd during pe, he suddenly couldnt breathe and move, developed allergies and weak pulse rate...sad
act me not sure abt the details...
cos me ran the six rounds dam slowly! completed in 18 mins
sighs!
in e end, the ambulance was called in by the tchers...

we decided to give him a surprise visit tday!!! then, the whole class was on the bus 156 when we suddenly realised, we cant visit empty-handedly.
so we chipped in and bought a fruit basket
aft which we took the lift to ward 13A, rm 1...
wah, he's in first class ward, the kind that has nice facilities and plenty of comfortable personal space
but the needles and wires stuck to his body look intimidating lars.

thru this, i realisEd the importance of health!
beIng healthy is the tOp pRioRity!!
several j1s falling ill this week.
many dry and phlegmy coughs were heard during math lecture today.
the math lecturer even asked: "Why so many ppl sick ar?"
one of us replied: "Bird Flu."

preety normal week. starting afresh with a new class. realised tht 0626 is a combination of 0621 and 0622. hahas.
all my subj tutors are changed too. dunno if it is good or bad...my gp tutor, ms shahida wants the gp rep to take individual photos of us.
shes so gonna track us down manz.
ahahas,anws, class split into three parts for gp.

did some icebreakers stuff...we were asked to write three things abt ourselves on a piece of paper, 1 of which is false and another 1 which is exciting

so tired manz. just back frm petanque.
can literally feel that my legs are gonna give way if i continue to stand any longer.
*tsk tsk*

i guess o2 was slightly better than i expected. the day kicked off with ice-breakers-.-
my ct dint really play much, only intro ourselves le then ogls taught us a few new cheers..

yups. then we played zhong ji mi ma. i luv playing that game mans. hahas. the first forfeit was to tickle a councilor...shi yi (the one who "zhong" the number)chose to tickle Choy, who was busy reading his chem txtbk
anws,not sure whether his name is spelled correctly. pardon me.
hahas. the 2nd forfeit was kind of similar. lolx, samuel "zhong"...
for the last and 3rd round of zhong ji mi ma, shi yi was the suay one again lols. audrey (my ogl) asked him to go take off choy's earphones (mp3 player) and then ask choy for his number
Mr. Choy (lols, 0626 called him that juz nw) was flattered, i believe, he thanked us but suggested tht nxt time, ask a girl to ask for his number instd. =p

yeps. then thr was more learning of cheers, thot the shark attack one was cute~
also watched another ct's guy ask another guy out on the date for tmr, ya, another forfeit...
my ct also performed the Mother Cheer for the councilors to see. choy pointed out sth: why only mother, daddy is crying ya knows...hahas

then there was mass game, played against 0621.. heehee, that was my class for the first 2 months. now it is 0626, lol, angie lim is in 0621
we lost the Jacobs ladder but managed a beautiful victory in the territorial game.

aft mass game was lunch
=x hmms, i realised i dun really have common topics to talk with my ct girls. hope it will be better tho...but i definitely know they are nice ppl cos i feel comfortable w them.
so i played with my hp, sms richard who was sick at home...ask those few ppl go petanque ...
then 2/3 of my ct decided to go find a vacant classrm to zzz. lolx, at least that is one common hobby and interest we have.
hmms. i couldnt slp, so continued smsing while enjoying the silence in the cool clsrm.
finally, mass dance. hees, i nt so lost n blur as the 1st time le. but still not pro enuff to teach my partner who is a 2nd intaker... spin until giddy at the slow part for superstar, erms

yups, then went for petanque. so happy my team managed to get 9 pts. thrashed the rest of the other teams mans, haahaa, all thks to jowie who is so patient and encouraging to ys and me =D

hmms. figured i have to blog about yesterday
but i hav to start frm a few days ago.
it all started with ...

a casual chat with ming jue on msn.

i asked: "are you buying prezzie for gloria??"

she replied: "i am thinking of getting her a guitar. but it's damn ex."

nevertheless, mj's creative juices started flowing...and poof! a perfect plan was born~~~
*drum-rolls*
so technically she's the director and scripwriter of everything, with me as the assistant director.
yays!!! since there is such a wonderful plan, there will be people who help carry it out too right??
step 1: most of OG12 ppl agreed to chip in for the guitar.
step 2: me mass send OG12 ppl to ask whether they were free on sat...

very few ppl actually replied. i was v worried lors, wondered if they received my sms ...
finally understood how mj and gloria felt when they mass send us 'bout OG outing stuff =/

on the morning b4 the fateful day...mj, jason and me went down to peninsula plaza to buy the prop...me carried the prop home like a baby, lols. it was lighter than i expected!

step 3: the prop found a nice resting place at my home, in frnt of a large mirror. =p
step 4: actors and actresses to meet at bugis ctrl station at 12pm >.<

at this pt of time, we were worried that the VIP wld be extremely early and some of the calefares would be very late ^^

hmms. i would also like to mention a few dubious character who were in MOS at that time.
the lady in purple: she looked extremely irritated/concerned tht gloria was crying/laughing. maybe it was coz her pic was accidentally taken too.
the waitress with the bad service: lolx, she kept on pulling the tables apart with a long face lars. well, only twice. i know we calefares only, but still...=p

btw, i really dint expect gloria to shed tears of happiness there and then!
got a shock.

i did joke to mj on msn that gloria will be moved to tears...if our plan succeeded!!
to be truthful... i become very helpless when i see ppl cry (no matter wad the reason),
the last two times i saw my frens cried was when gloria "lost" her hp
and when vanessa was very angry at someone...

anws, we hanged arnd at the arcade in bugis aft eating at MOS. i played daytona with gloria, ming jue and jason. got 3rd the 1st time and 2nd for the 2nd game. such a thrilling and fun game mans. can feel my adrenaline raising, esp. when turning. hahx, seriously think i hav a high tendency to speed if i own a car!! oh ya, daytona is sexist lars...the guy says, "ready gentlemen" or sth lik dat. -.-

then yvonne joined us and we took neoprints!! Lol, i think richard wasted his money leh..cos like only 1 neoprint got his face...he always kena blocked!!! yvonne too!!

hahas, nvm. took more pics with gloria using my digi-cam =D
then i had to leave for tuition...i realised i forgot to bring my foolscrap tho=S
bought it with my angbao money at some stationery shop!

then aft tuition, i met ys and richard at dhoby gaut to play pool.

in less than 8hrs, sch will be starting. i am gg to wear the ny uni 4 the first time. really hope tht i wont doze off during pw and gc workshop lars, cos i hav been sleeping at arnd 3am since thursday =.=

achoo!

couldnt stop sniffing (to stop the impending sneeze) all day today...
so i jux went and turn the fan beside the printer towards my bro's direction
hahas.

went k boxing with kai ling, vanessa, chua, vivian and jacynth today.
jacynth is known as the goddeSS of singing
and indeed i witnessed her prowess today. she sang beautifully and effortlessly for every single song.
her amazing perf made my flaws more obvious...
here's the list of them:

1) shortness of breath
2) thin voice
3) shouting in microphone for e chorus and no sound for some parts
4) cant reach the high notes
5) i think i ate most of the titbits available (ya, i know. out-of-point)

actually there are many more...lols, i always learn sth new when i go k boxing.

hmms. ytd had og outing. kinda predicted that i would be late.
soo... i decided to set the alarm clock on my hp.
it buzzed one time at 9am... i heard it but left it alone.
then it buzzed again at 11am. hahax. woke up this time cos didnt want to be late...
but i was late!!!
argh~~~

hmms. went walking arnd plaza sing. couldnt decide whr to eat lunch
finally settled on pasta mania, after finding a table at kfc.

ehs. i guessed date movie is okayy. it's pretty funny with lots of spoofs frm other movies, eg. lord of the rings, hitch, michael jackson (ya i know, he is not a movie) etc.
after the movie,
we celebrated gloria's and jason's birthdays
at the food court.
nice chocolate cake... but i dint chip in the money

then suddenly alvin lee told me tht the eyes, leaf and mouth of the toy is his
while the rest of the facial features were li ying's

so the remaining six played pool at paradiz.
it brought back nice memories of the first og outing.

while i was eating the fish beehoon (the thick kind)

the smoke from the hot soup went into my eyes and it stimulated the sand or fine particles that went into my eyes earlier to move around...??
btw, wad was i doing earlier that day?
i was having petanque training at the gravel courts. ahahass.
so the sand and fine particles came frm there lars.

at mavis, i decided to sit at the back of the classrooom, thought it was a wise decision but boy! was i wrong...
for starters, water started dripping on me. it was from the old air-con on the wall. yikes!
so i tried my best to shift my body to the left along with the notes and wrkshts...
resulting in my notes spilling all over the place and my pencil case landing on the floor.
eh. did i forget to mention that my pencil case landed quite softly'? hahas. i am thankful for that.
to add on to my misery, ms chee decided to call those at the back to do the trigo question. managed to bluff my way thru. hahas. recited some formula from the notes to her.

almost couldnt wake up in the morning as i spent saturday nite watching dvds.
yeaps. recovered my interest in watching tvb series liao.
hahas. the eng title of the show is Under the Canopy of Love
lols. sounds so cheesy and very "no-proper-content" but i dont care lars...

currently having cashflow problems.
no extra money but still go and lose my hp pouch...so i bought a new one today.
actually is my father choose de. but i figured i like the texture of the cloth...
smooth and furry like a hamster!!!

gosh, can they please stop biting me???

haix... this week is becoming very monotonous.
admin briefing, followed by one or two or three lectures...
more than 2 hours of stoning in i-space liaos.
this is so not goOd =x
time wasted just like that.
wanted to do tutorials initially, but my will and body are weak.
i feel so tired nowadaes but the stubborn me still insists on staying up til very late each nite.

before e cca bazaar started, the pe department encouraged us to sign up for enrichment classes, i.e. yoga, in-line skating, kick-boxing, archery and hip-hop dancing
hahax...
then when the instructors/coaches of these courses greeted us good afternoon in the hall b4 addressing us...
no one greeted back ...
total silence lars.
it's so superr dead

the lil voice in my conscience is telling me to be thankful, shut up and stop complaining
anws, told my friend that i wont be going for worship at church on saturday cause i have math tuition
though it's the truth, i feel kinda bad

reached there at abt 2pm...met yee sam...
and she taught me where to wait so that i could see hong jun yang...
lolx, she is very experienced lars.
even knew that the security guard will place the barricade thingyy at which exact spot

since we were earLy, we decided to go to the open plaza and see the campus superstar finalists first...
the gals sang "bu xiang zhang da" by S.H.E
the better guys (in terms of looks and attiTude...in my opinion only^^) sang cesti bon
yeaps. then saw jun yang coming out of the mini-bus.
gosh, he was the last to come out...but the cutest ...so cuuteee...
so shuai qi!!
yee sam helped me take pics of him on stage.

overall, it was quite an exciting and adventurous day!
we soon realised that we were supposed to meet gloria n co. at kovan for dinner
after dinner, we watched BAI YUN GANG tgt~~
both stories were touching, but i guess most of us could relate to the second story better.
dint regret buying the tix. ming jue did a marvellous job.
